Spotlight MultiScope has been developed as a highly versatile, single-point FT-IR microscope ideally suited for the analysis of fibers, single particles, blemishes in trouble shooting and forensic-type analyses. Maximum sampling versatility is achieved by having transmission, reflectance and micro-ATR modes of operation. The optimized optical design gives high throughput of energy which, combined with the high-sensitivity detector, allows high quality spectra to be generated right down to the 10 micros spatial limit.
