4.Plastic Recycled Granule Machine line
1)Bottle label removing machine
It is used to peel off labels and caps of bottles, the pre-treatment of bottles before crushing, washing and drying (include PET bottles, PE PP PVC bottles).
The labels on bottles can be removed up to 95% (include paper labels),and caps of bottles will be removed up to 90%. The bottles are fed into the top of the machine, and discharged from the bottom.

2) Crushing and washing machine
Adopting removable blades which can be separately removed and sharpened after getting blunt; Suitable for smashing all kinds of soft,hard and formed plastics, then wash the flashes of the materials.
3) Washing tank
It’s used to wash the flashes for the second time.

Second, 400 round body reducer, pressure bearings imported from Japan, 125 screws, screw diameter 125mm, diameter 168mm, screw length 1200mm, 340mm automatic changer, fully enclosed packaging, intelligent temperature control system, capacity: 200kg/h
6) Plastic cutting machine
It’s to cut the plastic strip into pellet. two types blades. One for blades, other for hob cutter
