Product Characteristics
introduction of dustless school chalk machine
The machine is supplied water automatically, mixing material by electric mixer, filling
mould, taking off mould, all the work are in a round assemblyline. The work efficie-
ncy is higher than the traditional machine. And it can save 30% material. The rate of
eligible product is 99%.The chalk size and shape can be customized. This machine
can make kinds of chalks:such as chalk with fragrance, dustless chalk and color c-
halk. The chalk that is made by this kind of machine has slick surface.
school Chalk Machine procedure
1. Lubricating the moulds with oil uniformly.
2. Supplying water: step on the supplying switch,then the water in the pail can be auto-
matic put into the agitation vat..
3. Pouring gypsum powders. Putting the quantitative gypsum powders into the agitation
vat and close the cover.
4. Mixing the material. Switch on the power switch and mix materials about 10-20 seco-
nds.
5. Filling the moulds. Open the switch in the bottom of the agitation vat and then make
the materials pour into the mould.
6. Pushing out the chalks. Turn the mould in reverse and put the tray into the mould, t-
hen rotate the ejection structure to push-out the chalks.
