Introduction of blackboard chalk making machine
1.This machine is a new type of practical chalk-producing appliance. It improved the old
disadvantages. Such as inefficiency, high labor intensity. material-wasting, single shape.
2.This machine is in assembly line method. Such as: supplying water automatically, electric beating, grouting and coming out. It has changed the manual operations into electric clutch with water cycling. Greatly decreased workers' labor intensity.
3.Chalk shapes: round square, hexagon and so on. And it's standards ,such as length ,thickness, can be ordered according to the needs of customers.

Process of blackboard chalk making machine
1.Lubricating the moulds with oil uniformly.
2.Water: turn on the supplying switch, then the water in the pail can be put into the agitation vat.
3.Pouring gypsum powders: Put the quantitative gypsum powders into the agitation vat and close the cover.
4.Mixing the material: Switch on the power switch and mix materials about 10-20 seconds.
5.Filling the moulds: Open the switch in the bottom of the agitation vat and then pour the materials into the mould.
6.Pushing out the chalks: Turn the mould in reverse and put the tray into the mould, then rotate the ejection structure to push-out the chalks.
