1.Fill the water into the slaked lime mixer,the rate of slaked lime and water is half to half,but the slaked lime should be good quality.
2.The mould should be lubricated enough and lubricated every cycle,also need to be clean on time.
3.Each mould has 80 spaces for the filling,each cycle will take 6 minutes.
4.When the filling completed, turn over the mould, wet chalks come off the mould,and then dry them in the sun or dryer.
5.The packing should be completed by hand.
6.Final shape can be round,rectangle,or star shape.The length of the chalk can be 75mm-105mm.

Chalk making procedure

1.Slaked Lime mixer, power on, then fill in the water. The rate for the slaked lime and water is half to half.

2.The mold should be lubricated enough. And should be lubricated for every cycle

3. Each model has 808 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6minutes,

4. When the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come off from  the model, then dry in the sun.

5. The packing should be completed by handwork.

6.The shape can be round, rectangle, or star shape. The length of the chalk can be from 75mm-105mm.
