2. How about the policy for sample?
Sample can be free but buyer should undertake the air shipping cost..
3.What about the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Normally, our MOQ is 300pcs, different item has different MOQ.
4. What's the shipping way and delivery time?
The products could be shipped by Sea, by Air, and by Express. which methods to be used is based on the weight and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements. It will take 20-30days by sea; 5-8 days by air; 3-5 days by express door to door.
The delivery time will be 7~20 days once the order confirmed.
5. What's the payment item?
For sample order, Western union, Paypal can be acceptable;
For mass production order, T/T (30% deposit shoule be paid before production, the balance will be received before delivery).
6. What's the warranty time?
Our warranty is one year from the delivery day.
