NEW DODO Induction Drying Oven
Brief introduce:
In a can-making line, after the canbody
is welded and coated, it is required to rapidly heat and solidify the weld seam, so the coating can be anti-acid and anti-sulfur but without polluting the content inside.The quality of drying directly impacts the quality of coating, and even the whole canbody. Therefore, can-making craft has strict requirement towards drying machine.
Fully automatic control system:
1.Automatic turn on when can body goes into the heating zone;Automatic turn off when can body leaves the heating zone.
2.Only heating the coating area from inside to outside,without releasing the hot air or harmful gas.
3.Automatic adjustment for heating power compensation,ensure the heating temperature stably .
Main feature & specifications:
1.Lenth of drying oven is 1.28m,power consumption 1.2KW(min),production capacity 100cans/min.
2.Available to match different speed can body production line and different can sizes.
