Production line constitution
1. Ring cutter

Application: The equipment is a special equipment to cut the sidewall and the crown of waste tires into rubber stripes with a certain width, and the width is adjustable,

Application:This machine is utilized to process the rubber stripes into rubber blocks with a certain size, which is good for latter production and improving work efficiency.
4. Steel wire separator
Application: The equipment is mainly used to separate the rubber and bead ring of the steel rings in various tires to get a complete bead ring.

Application: It is the main equipment to process steel wire tires and fiber tires, it can directly treat rubber stripes,rubber blocks, shoe soles and leftover scraps into rubber power with different Mesh.

To conveyor the rubber block into crusher.

Purpose: separate the steel small block from the rubber powder.

1.separate the rubber granule and powder, Resend the granule to crusher, and send powder to Magnet separator through small conveyor belt.
2.separate“COARSE FIBER”from rubber powder

The machine is mainly use to separate the different size of rubber powder in the same time, such as: you can get 20 mesh, 30 mesh and 60 mesh rubber powder by this machine IN THE SAME.. Not enough size will resend to rubber crusher by big conveyor, For second crushing.
