Lab used 3L capacity rubber kneader
Application
Pressurizing type kneader used for rubber or plastic plasticizing and mixing or rubber and plastic blends.
Feature of pressurizing type kneader
1.High efficiency. Rubber or plastic material will plasticized or mixed with high productivity in a closed ,pressurized and controlled temperature environment.
2.Energy saving. the capacity is 6~8 times compared with open mill under the same condition of power level.
3.Eco-friendly.the special dust sealing unit provide reliable sealing
4.Durable in use. The banbury rotor adopt 42Crmo material and plated hard chorme made it wear-resisting greatly so does the speed reduce and gearbox;
5.Excellent cooling/heating effect .all the parts connect with material adopt jacket structure and can adapt different requirements for the rubber or plastic mixing process.
6.High mixing quality.optimization of the parameters such as the helical angle of rotor wings and the wing overlap length brings about homogenous distribution of the stock.
7.PLC control.
