Introduction:
Bag filter is a kind of dry dust filtering device. It applies to capture small, dry, non fibrous dust. Filter bag used textile filter cloth or non textile mat is made, using the fabric filter effect of dust filters, gas when dusty gas into the bag filter, large particles, major dust, due to the effect of gravity settling down, fall into the hopper, contains the fine dust of gas through the filter material, the dust were blocked, the purified gas. General high efficiency of dust removal filter is not enough.
Principle:
Filter separator is protecting air hole through filter layer, the dust particles in the air is filter layer intercept capture down, so as to realize the gas-solid separation device. Filter type dust removal device including bag-type duster and granule layer dust remover, the former usually use organic or inorganic fiber fabric made of filter bag filter layer, while the latter is more than the filtration layer of the adoption of different size particles, such as quartz sand, river sand, ceramsite, slag, etc. With powder repeat attached to the filter bag surface, the powder layer thickening and flow resistance value also increase; Pulse valve diaphragm issue instructions, around submerged pulse valve opens, the high pressure gas compressed air through the package, if there is no dust or small to certain degree, mechanical soot cleaning work will stop working.
