DESCRIPTION
Widely used in various industries such as food industry (snack foods, nuts, chips, confectionaries,) pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dairy, frozen food etc. The best printing performance is subject to printing speed, at the same time, both the printing temperature(coding part) and the pressure of the coder should be regulated according to the printing speed.
Common problems and solutions summary:
a. Vague edge of characters or hollow. result in higher coding temperature or over coding pressure.
b. Incomplete print characters. result in lower coding temperature, lower coding pressure, irregular arrangement of steel words.
c. the coding machine should be preheated for 25 minutes more or less before printing or change steel words.

Working with coding machine( such as HP-241 etc.), used for printing the expiratin date, the production date, the price, the weight and the batch no. on the outer packing of goods, suitable for PVC, PE, PET, PP, adhesive tapes, leather and various synthetic packing materials.
