GD150-S/300-S/450-S/1200-S full automatic serve driven PLC controlled hard candy depositing line is one of our most advanced production lines for depositing hard candies. The line consists of automatic weighing and mixing system, pressure dissolving system, micro-film cooker, depositor and industrial cooling tunnel. It is developed based on SHINWEI’s 4^thgeneration hard candy depositing line. We adopt the advanced servo driven system to control the machine accurately and efficiently.

1. All units of the production line are auto running, all raw materials are handling in the piping and machine, and various kind of recipes can be programmed in the PLC and applied easily and freely if needed.

1.Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check 

2.After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine 

3.Packing: a. Inside the machine put desiccant b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate  around the machine, Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel 

4.Container:according to different products for reinforcement
