This line can produce all kinds of die-formed hard boild candy.The production line is a complete plant for making different kinds of die-formed hard candies. The quality of the cooked syrup mass is guaranteed by the continuously vacuum cooker, and the die-formed type is a better way to produce different candy shape.

1.Continuously vacuum cooker, guarantee the quality of sugar masses.
2.Special forming style is better for central-filling.
3.Production capacity can be from 400 to 500kg/h.

6.Different candy shape can be made depend upon changing of the mould.

former.
Wooden packing
1.Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check
2.After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine
3.Packing: a.Inside the machine put desiccant b.Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine,Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap c.On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel
4.Container:according to different products for reinforcement

1. Free training of macine installion, operation and maintenance will be provided by our engineer.
