1.Using torsional spring indicator(as below) of 0.001mm division value.
2.The accuracy of inspection tool is 0.002mm, collet every turn 90 ° measuring once, collet turn four times ,take a peak as the ultimate accuracy value, high precision of no more than 0.005mm for 0.005mm, high precision of not more than 0.008mm for 0.008mm.
3.Accuracy of 0.005mm collet need to strengthen the heat aging treatment, take stable precision and size effect, the again detection accuracy is not high than 0.005mm and then determine the accuracy as0.005mm.

Assembling Instruction

 Insert groove of collet into eccentric ring of the clamping nut at the mark on the bottom of the nut. Push collet in the direction of the arrow(as per below pic) until it clicks in place. Screw nut with collet onto toolholder. We recommend tightening the nut with a torque wrench. 

Disassembling Instruction

After the nut is unscrewed from the toolholder, press on the face of the collet while simultaneously pushing sideways on the back of the collet opposite the mark until it disengages from the clamping nut as per belwo pic.
