Package
1. Every coil was wrapped by the dampproof paper and reinforced evenly with six steel bands.
2. Put three coils bead wire on one pallet which has been underlaid a coat of lincrusta, there is a coat of dampproof paper between every two coil, at the same time, put the bead wire into a plastic bag and following into the desiccant.
3. The plastic bag was vacuumized and sealed.
4. The outside package was pvc reel and covered a sheet of dampproof paper on the up bottom, then fixing the whole package with steel bands.
5. There are three coils bead wire on one pallet, the weight of one coil is about 400KGS.One container can be loaded 21-24 pallets, the total weight is about 20-25T(this is up to the container room or the shiping agent’s request).
