R8 Spring Collet

4. This collet is applicable to all kinds of milling machine whose spindle is R8 such as X6325 ,X5325 etc.
1.Using torsional spring indicator(as below) of 0.001mm division value.
2.The accuracy of inspection tool is 0.002mm, collet every turn 90 ° measuring once, collet turn four times ,take a peak as the ultimate accuracy value, high precision of no more than 0.005mm for 0.005mm, high precision of not more than 0.008mm for 0.008mm.
3.Accuracy of 0.005mm collet need to strengthen the heat aging treatment, take stable precision and size effect, the again detection accuracy is not high than 0.005mm and then determine the accuracy as0.005mm.
