Feature:
The full auto hole punching machine use to punch the holes on PVC, PETG and ABS sheets with different
thickness and size for contactless cards (RF cards). Control by the servo system and use the precision
mould to punch, which ensure the quality of the products and improve the productivity. In the machine structure, the machine is easy to operate and maintain, which enhances the service life of machine and the productivity. The appearance and style of the machine is concise and easy, rationalization and hommization, and the user-friendly operator interface protect the safety of operators. We can also design the different style appearance according to different requirement. We offer the perfect after-sale service and technical follow-up, and provide paid lifelong maintenance.
Main function:
1. Punch the hole for chip of the inlay, which ensure the modules and the PVC embedding at the same plane and protect the chips.
2. The machine have two moulds with two different sides, it can be used for different productive technology, just press the switch to select the mould.
3. The pitch and the size of the punching mould can be adjusted according to the requirement.
4. The cylinder drives punching mould up and down with the low noise.
5. PLC control and can be punched different layout,
6. Use the precision mould to punch and ensure the quality of the products.
7. The life time moulds: It only need to be whetted every two million times punching
8. Materials are loaded using the dowel pin
9. Use the servo system to position which ensure the position accurate
10. Use the Delta PLC and the touch screen, stable and visualized.
