Annular orifice plate is offered by the American Howell in the 30’s,and it has some remodel experiments by the British NEL in the 60’s, its structure is one circular plate which is with pipeline use the same coaxial, circular plate by bracket support , the upstream and downstream of circular plate have taking pressure hole.
