DESCRIPTION:
• The automatic fiber lap pillow filling machine line is mainly used for polyester fiber wadding producing and then fill into pillow.
• We have developed the machines according to higher technology in the world market required by our customer’s.
• It is able to work with different material type mixed by 2 or more bale breakers with load cell arranged the bale breaker.
• The weighing capability is 100 to 1300g by the load cell controlled by PLC program;.
• As soon as the material output from the bale breaker that will be loaded onto the large conveyer layer by layer that mixed and then transported into the pre-opening machine.
• By the air pressure vibration hopper the mixed and opened material will be sent into the carding machine evenly in order to get even output from the carding machine, so that the finished wadding is even weight controlled;
• The weight of the wadding can be set up previously and controlled by the control program automatically;
• The finished comforter width can be from 1500mm to 3200mm according to the production requirement.
• The whole line can be handled by only 2 operators working at the filling device; usually the raw material bales can be loaded into the bale breaker by forklift once an hour.
• The key spare parts are adopted by the most famous wold brand such like Siemens, Schneider and Omron which is each to have service from your local and stable quality.
• Safety relay control system protection.

First part: Bale breaker
•Automatic feeder that no need labor's continously feeding.
•1200mm working width that capacity max. can be 800kg/h.
Second part: pre-fiber opener
• The pre-opening machine is mainly used for fiber pre-opening and then providing to the next program
• It is assembled with an opener main part and a distributor that the fan made by aluminum material, so that the finished material can be transported far without noise during work time.
•The opening rate can be around 60%
•Pin drum adopted that the material original silicon is protected.
Third part: Bridge shapped magnet
Description:
The bridge shaped magnet is installed next to the fiber blower before the air pressure vibration hopper that mainly used for the metal collection in order to protect the carding machine in order to get stable quality of the finished production.
Fourth Part: air vibration hopper
- The air pressure vibration hopper is mainly used to mix the raw material evenly to be a certain density layer and then feed into the carding machine uniformly.
- The pressure vibration hopper is arranged with a precision pressure control system and fully enclosed compressed air circulation system to ensure an even and stable fiber output.
- Reliable main structure and air pressure control system to ensure and horizontal layer uniformity.
