DESCRIPTION:
•The fiber opening machine is specialized in opening conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber , wool and wadding fiber waste, other filling fiber shorter than 100mm.
•Its main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine that is stable , long life and lower maintenance.
•Conveyer track protection system ; conveyer is not easy to be worn.
•Automatic raw material feeding by the conveyer.
•The roller are made by V-vire, which is stable , long life and lower maintenance; the material opening rate can be more than 98% without hurting the original silicon.
•Professional roller balance process that the machine is running without noise, shaking.
•Special roller device protection that the fiber is not jam into the bearings ; lower maintenance that clean up the rollers once a week is enough.
•High capacity can be from 200kg to 400kg from each unit.
•Different power voltage and safety standard can be ordered according to the customer’s local requirement.
