Description:
- The fiber opening machine is mainly used for opening conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that short than 100mm length.
- Automatic raw material feeding conveyer function is to send the material into the opening rollers automatically, so that assures the operators safety.
- Anti-deviation conveyer system to assure a long life conveyer.
- The developed rollers are assembled with metallic V-wire that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% to 100% and not be damaged.
- High opening capacity that can be 200kg to 900kg per hour according to different machine model and the material.
- Roller balance processing
- Overload protection
- Long life operation and lower repairing rate
- It can be handled by only one operator with simple operation.
- Mechanical and electrical safety standard is acceptable by Eu market that meets the UL and CE rules.
Roller made by V-wire, wihch is very stable and long life, the opening rate can b emore than 98%.
