• Micro fiber: 0.7D-3D, 32MM-64MM
• Fire prove polyester fiber
Description:
• The fiber opening machine is mainly used for opening conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that short than 100mm length.
• Automatic raw material feeding conveyer function is to send the material into the opening rollers automatically, so that assures the operators safety.
• Anti-deviation conveyer system to assure a long life conveyer.
• The developed rollers are assembled with metallic V-wire that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% to 100% and not be damaged.
• High opening capacity that can be 200kg to 900kg per hour according to different machine model and the material.
• Roller balance processing
• Overload protection
• Long life operation and lower repairing rate
• It can be handled by only one operator with simple operation.
• Mechanical and electrical safety standard is acceptable by Eu market that meets the UL and CE rules.
100% opening rate , the finished production is so elastic, fluffy ,flat and with good hand feeling.
