DESCRIPTION:
- Qingdao Lion Computerized pillow filling line has been researched and developed according to our customers experience and advise from their daily operation, so and their requirement; also based on the automatic theory of the textile equipments.
- The material application can be 2 or 3 dimensional hollow siliconzied polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length and bigger diameter than 30mic. Different material in this area can be mixed by this machine and opening in mean while.
- It is mainly used for filling pillow, cushion, filling comforters, pet pads and big soft toys etc.
- Adopting metallic self-lock wires for the fiber opener parts, so that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged; the self-lock wire is 4 times usage life than the normal wire.
- There is no need any labor working by the bale opener; first of all put a whole bale of raw material onto the bale opener conveyer which is working automatically and continuously.
- The whole line is controlled by computerized control system and only need 1 operator working at the filling device.
- If a 600g pillow filling, it will be handled for 6pcs per minute.
- It is simple operation, stable and reliable quality which is easy to be understanding by the operators.

EQUIPMENTS:
PART 1: Bale breakeer 1200mm
It is mainly used to load 1 or 2 bales of polyester fiber raw material around 300kg per bale automatically feed by forklift previously into the feeding conveyer.
In this case, the operator only need return to the bale breaker to feed raw material bales by forklift once an hour.
PART 2: Vibration hopper
The vibration hopper is installed on the top of the fiber opening machine that is mainly used to feed raw material into opening part through a fiber distributor and a magnet evenly in order to receipt even discharge after opened, so that we will be able to control the flling tolerance well.
PART 3: Fiber opening machine 1000mm
The fiber opening machine working width is 1000mm that is able to give over 480kg per hour capacity by V-wire opening with 100% openning rate and the feeding speed is adjusted by inverter.
PART 4: Double slot filling system
The pillow cases will be held by the auto clamps during the filling automatically, the operator only need move away the finished pillow and put a new case cycle.
The whole line can be handled by only 1 operator with high capacity and saves time for the finishing process.
