Description:

 

• The F04B down filling machine can be mainly used to fill pillow, cushion and comforter, sleeping bags etc.
•The material can be 50% up down material dry.
•The whole line can be handled by only operator that adjusted by Siemens PLC control system.
•Most of the electronic key components are from the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Omron and Schneider etc. so that our clients can buy the key parts from the local service of these brands.
•There are 2 weighing systems connected to one filing system that can be adjusted by one perator; each weighing systems capacity is 80g max within 15 seconds.
•The tolerance is ±0.5g by each weighing circle.
•The entire material is closed inside of the machine, so that the whole working shop can be clean.
•Safe standard can be met to the European, America and Australia countries and we are able to provide the suitable circuit system according to our client’s requirement.
• After finished one type of material that can be exchanged by a material exchanging system.
•The raw material feeding system can be installed away from the operation area to keep the environment clean.
