A: Roll forming main machine

1: Coil width: adopt profile, and changing size adopts adjusting the ring or spacer

2: working speed: 12-15m/min (not contain cutting and punching)

3: roll station: 15 stations

4: material of roller: GCR15

5:material of main shaft:45 steel grade,   diameter roller: diameter 65mm

6: main power: 11 KW motor.   (built in machine)

7: forming thickness: 1.2-2.0mm  250MPa actual yield strength values of coil

8: Transmission: by single Chains 1.5 inch

9: feeding and guide: surface polished and coated with chrome

10:  Cutting :

(1)     Cutting adopts hydraulic cutting

(2)     Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length

(2)   Cutting motion: The main machine automatically stops and the cutting will take place. After the cutting, the main machine will automatically start.

(4)   Length measuring: Automatic length measuring

(5)   Tolerance of length: 3m+/- 1.5mm
