Quick Change CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine
1. Composition of machine
Roll forming main machine: 1 unit
5 Tons manual decoiler: 1 unit

PS: this machine can produce any sizes from 75mm to 300mm, adjust the size depend on the PLC control system. Just need input the side date in the PLC, the machine will working in automatic to adjust the size.
2. Details of each composition
(1)Roll forming main machine
a. Coil width: depend on profile
b. Working speed: 12-15m/min (exclude punching and cutting)
c. Roll station: feeding station*2, leveling rollers: 5 (up is 2 rollers, down is 3 rollers), main roll station*15, rectification station*1
d. Material of roller: Gcr15, polished and coated with chrome HRC58-62°
e. Material of main shaft: 45# casting steel
f. Feeding power: 7.5kw (main power: 15kw)
g. Forming thickness: 1.4-3.2mm
h. Transmission: by 1.2 inch double chain
i. Size of machine: about 12000*1400*1000mm, need one 40GP container
j. Weight: about 14000kg
k. Color of machine: blue
l. Cutting:
- machine adopt hydraulic pre-cutting
- cutting before forming: cut the sheet before roll forming to required length
- cutting motion: the main machine automatically stops and the cutting will take place, after the cutting, the main machine will automatically start
- material of blade: CR12 with heat treatment
- length measuring: automatic length measuring
- tolerance of length: 3m +/- 1.5mm
m. Punching:
- this quotation is include two punching units depend on our standard quotation
- punching mould: adopt CR12 with heat treatment
- punching distance is adjustable by PLC control system
