Performance requirement

Equipment is made by pneumatic head frame structure and the tail rack, and all the mechanical parts adopt new quality steel manufacturing.Famous brand name is used in bearing .The head rack is made up with a feed device,heating furnace and expanding work spaces,the furnace is formed from stainless steel for heating,furnace equipped with its own unique temperature control system and use special eddy structure,so that the tube can be heated about rotation,thus the surface of the tubes expanding can achieve heating equality.The tail rack is made from landing next to the electric bodies.Furnace control system consists of intelligent temperature control table control,pneumatic and hydraulic components used both domestic brand-name products.Equipment operators and the expanding circle of all movements by PLC controller to achieve automatic control.
