Product introduction
LWGY series turbo flowmeter utilizing the advanced technology of the foreign and domestic flowmeters process the optimization design, possessing the features of simple structure, light,high accuracy, good replicability, good response, convinent instllation and maintainance etc.
Which are widely used to measure the liquid which have not corrosive reacting with the stainless steel 1Cr8Ni9Ti,2Cr13 and corundum AL(2)O(3), without impurity such as fiber, kernel etc, and the kinematic coefficient of viscosity of the liquid under the working teperature is less than 5×10(-6)m(2)/s.
The working prinple
The diagram1 is the structure drawing ot the turbo flowmeter, it is shown by the diagram, when the measured fluid flow through the sensor, under the fluid action, the empellers turn by force, the rotate speed is directly proportional with the mean flow velocity. The rotation of the empllers periodically change the magnetic ressistance value
The magnetic flux in the magnetic test coil generates the periodic change,producing the periodic inductive kick,that is namely the electrical pulse signal. The signal is enlarged by the amplifier and sent to the diplayer to display.
The product features
1. high accuracy, generally could be ±1%R,±0.5%R, the highest accuracy could be ±0.2%R.
2. Good repeatability, short-term repeatability could be 0.05%~0.2%, exactly because possessing the good repeatability, it could be extremely high accuracy if taking frequent calibration or online calibration, it is the preferential selection in the trade settlement.
3. outputting the pulse frequency singal, being applicable for the overall calculation and computer conncetion, without null drift, and with strong anti-jamming ability.
4. being available to get the very high frequency singal (3~4kHz),the singal has the strong resolution.
5. with wide range span, middle and large diameter could be 1:20, small diameter could be 1:10.
The structure is compact and light, easily maintenance, big circulation ability.
Being applicable to the high pressure measurement, and the surface of the instrument need not to open the hole, and it is easy to make up the high pressure type instrument.
The specialized sensors are with plentiful types, we could design all kinds of specialized sensors based on the users’ specialized requirement, such as low temperature type, two-direction type, underground type, sand mulling tailored version type etc.
9.being able to make up the inset type, and bing applicable to large diameter measurement, with little pressure loss and low price, and being able to take floatingly out uninterruptly, with easy intallation and maintenance.
