High-viscosity Filtrate Reducer HP
Product Description
High-viscosity Filtrate Reducer HP is a rapid hydration emulsion multi-copolymer,copolymerized by acrylamide, acrylates and other functional monomers. It is mainly used to improve viscosity, adjust rheology, loss filtrate and enhance inhibition.

Application Range and Method
Increases apparent viscosity, adjusts rheology, reduces fluid loss and enhances inhibition of drilling fluid. Recommend to use in polymer drilling fluid systems.
HP can be formulated into aqueous solution for use or mixed in drilling fluid directly. Suggest mixing uniformly and slowly or intermittently, to protect from forming slug flow caused by high viscosity of partial drilling fluids.
HP should be added timely to keep the inhibition capacity of drilling fluids.
Recommend dosage is 0.3% to 1.0%.

Package and Storage
25kg or 200kg plastic drums or according to customer’s requirement.
Avoid high-intensity extreme pressure, heat and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.
Notice
Any stick to clothes or skin inadvertently, washed with vinegar and water.
