Product Description
Solid Emulsifier for Drilling Fluid SEA is an emulsifier by adsorbed treatment. Main materials are cationic surfactants and nonionic surfactants. Auxiliary materials are wetting promoters and carrier. It can be used to dedicate to emulsify crude oil. Appearance is light yellow to gray powder, no abnormal odor, non-combustible and it has excellent effect on oil in water emulsion.

Application Range and Method
Under the special condition of mixing oil operation of water-based drilling fluid and oil intrusion, it can be used to emulsify crude oil.
Recommend dosage is 0.2% to 0.3%.

Package and Storage
25kg paper bags (topical triple bag and lined with polyethylene film bag) or according to customer’s requirement.
Stored in ventilated dry places, avoid moisture and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.
