Load Moment Indicator for Tower Crane RC/A5-Y
Load Moment Indicator for Tower Crane RC/A5-Y can work for all models of level-jib tower crane. Applying GPRS internet remote transmission module, tower crane working data and information to irternet synchronously, the manager can check with crane current working conditions from the webpage, also can load the working reports for remote management.
Recen Load Moment Indicator features & advantages
1).Detection:The Tower crane load moment indicator can collect the important working data within 10 millisecond, measuring and displaying trolley amplitude, actual load, rated load, hook height, slewing angel, wind speed and calculating torque ratio;
2).Safety and Protection Function: this system can promise safe limiters working, such as lifting torque limit, weight limit, hoisting limit, trolley limit, slewing limit and so on. For example, when it is over 90%rated load, the system will give pre-alarm, controlling the crane system will alarm, cutting off the circuit which control the trolley forwards and hook upwards, against accidenet from the tower crane operation.
3).Control Output:it is up to 5 sets control contact for load 50%, 90%, 105%, overload, too high wind speed, when tower crane load reach the corresponding boundary, relay output, relative operations, stopped for keep good working conditions.
4). Others :the history notes can be saved for reading, Sensor Diagnostics, Load chart data calibration and update.
