LDM-50 high precision cable measuring device is the high-accuracy installment that uses the laser scan to carry on the no-contacts on-line measurement. It is mainly used in measuring of outer diameter and adjusting the extruder screw or traction speed, to control the outside diameter. It is applicable to measure and control the diameter of metal wires, glass, pipes, wire and cable, etc.
It can also be applied to the outer diameter of workpiece and size measurements.

3. Characteristics

2). RROFIBUS-DP can be allocated and MODBUS converter and PLC, IPC Connect.
3). Can be equipped remote controller DDC-3, DDC-5, on the extruder and automatic feedback control to control the tolerance, improve product quality, reducing consumption.
4. Display Controller (Model:DDC-3, DDC-5)
1). It be used to remote display and control.
2). Applicable to DC motors, VVVF motor.
3). The controller can control the speed of extruder or the tractor according to the diameter tolerance.
4). Can simultaneously measure the outside diameter.
