Specifications
It employs the four-column and double oil cylinders(drive from TOWN to TOP) driving mechanism to realize high-tonnage.It is applied to cutting work need a big cutting area and great force. Such as leather processing industry, case and bag industry, package industry, stationery industry, automobile industry, polyurethane processing industry to cut materials leather, rubber, plastics, cardboard, cloth, foam, nylon, leatherette, and EVA, EPE, PVC with mold cutting die. With the change of knife shape, you can cut out various figures.
Features:
1) "Mitsubishi" PLC controlled, with simple, prompt and accurate operation.
2) It employs the four-column and double oil cylinders(drive from TOWN to TOP) driving mechanism to realize high-tonnage cutting force, which is a sustaining power able to keep several seconds till the materials are cut off, especially suitable for cutting work of sponge, foam products and thick material
3) Single-side or double-side auto-feeding devices increase the production efficiency of the complete machine by 2-3 times, which improves the utility efficiency and safety of the machine
4) The lubrication addition system guarantees the precision of the machine and improves its durability
5) It is equipped with water-cooling or air-cooling devices, which guarantee no rise in the oil temperature
