Honeycomb table multi purpose laser cutting carving LM-1290
CCD laser cutting machines are specially for deformation of cloth,in the camera positioning visual system and cutting down the software work ,CCD laser cutting machine can compensate automatically to pinpoint deformation of the fabric and ensure the accuracy of cutting ,the laser cutting machine with automatic camera positioning will search for the workpiece which is processed after the picture is imported into computer by the vision system machine,it can prevent the inaccuracy of the cutting correctly. Because of the powerful DSP technology of high-end data processing ,specific design and precise machinery, software of mechanical system,meticulous in high-speed operation conditions ,cutting lines and curves no deformation rapid continuous curvilinear cutting function.

1.Adopt High Quality Image Video grabber.
2. Adopt imported HD CCD Camera, make sure the positioning accuracy.
3. Working system: CCD vision system pick up the image and transfer it to the computer, after processor of software, the computer system can get the right position of the workpiece, give this signal to the controller of the machine, so the machine can cut the images out.
4. The alarming cooling case ensures that the machine works safely.

1. Industrial Cooling System
Constant water temperature ensures laser tube a longer service time and high stability
2. Exhaust Fan
Exhaust fan removes dust and smoke to protect the optical parts and the users.
3. Electromagnetic air pump
The air blowing protects the lens from smoke and dust pollution. Also it protects the material being processed from fire or burned.

1. Red dot
The laser is invisible. Red dot shows the position of the laser on the material. It’s more convenient for location.
2. Honeycomb or blade table optional
Aluminum blade table is for processing acrylic, wood and other hard materials;
Honeycomb table is for processing cloth, leather and other soft materials.
3. Up/down Z-axis
You can adjust the table height by operating the Z-axis to process thick materials. Z-axis is also a must when you need to use auto focusing and rotary.
4. Auto focusing
Auto focusing automatically adjust the focusing distance.
5. Rotary
Rotary is used when processing cylindrical objects like bottles, cups, sticks, etc.

100W, 150W, 180W: 8 months;
3. Lens and mirrors are not within warranty scope.

Installation Service
Installation Services are available with all LASER MEN machines. We dispatch technician to customer's factory for installation and preoperation of machines.
Training Service
Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of machine (e.g. processing speed and working performance is the same as the data of samples making). We sign the agreement with detailed technical data.
We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine for a few days, and then use customer's materials for test. After making sure machine is the best performance, then make shipments.
Machine warranty is 1 year. We offer flexible extended warranties if needed.
