High Temperature 6051 Polyimide Film

1.Description:                                                      

Polyimide Film is synthesized by the polycondensation of aromatic dianhydride and aromatic diamine (PMDA and ODA ). It shows outstanding physical , thermal, electrical, and chemical properties over a wide range of temperature as low as -452F(-269C) and as high as 500F(+260C).It also offers good dimensional stability and can be die-cut, laminated, metallized, formed, thermoformed or adhesive coated. 

2.Application:

It can be used in flexible printed circuits and as insulating materials of flat electric cables, electromagnetic wires and motors.

• cable copper winding and electromagnetic wire

• Super high-voltage cable insulation

• the insulation layer of the flat coil wire of the deep well submersible motor;the lapped wire 
• insulation of the electrical equipment motor.
