1.The machine possesses features full automatic operation, fast processing speed and easy handling.
2.It uses resin grinding disc,which is light,less-power consumed and high-polishing efficient.
3.The machine's power consumption is only 1/3 comparing with traditional continuous polishing machines.
4. Control system adopts PLC terminal control with LCD touch screen terminal for parameter setting and fault prompts.
5. Elevation of polishing head and pressure of grinding is controlled by air pressure and ajustable.
6. The machine is equipped with variable-frequency adjustable speed system for the grinding speed and the conveyor speed's adjustment.
7. The polishing process is all automatic,for the polishing heads are able to recognize the shape of slabs intelligently.
