The equipment uses resin polishing disc, which it is light low consumed power and high polishing efficiency. Its power consumption is only 1/3 compare with traditional continuous polisher. Controlling system adopts PLC terminal control for convenience of setting parameters through LCD touch screen. The elevation of polishing head and the pressure of grinding polishing is controlled by air pressure, which it can be adjusted within set point.
The machine equips with variable frequency adjustable speed system to adjust the speed of lateral grinding and transmitting slab. And the speed also can be adjusted within set value. For the grinding head is intelligent to calculate the shape of slab to continue polishing. So it's low cost and high production efficiency, a set of this device equals several manual or semi-automatic bridge polishers and only requires 1-2 operators.
