What is double coal gasifier / furnance?
The double coal gasifier are divided into two parts: up coal gas and down coal gas.up coal gas go into electrical tar precipitator, heavy tar and dust are removed.the temperature of coal gas become 90-150 degree, then after through indirect air cooler , the temperature become 35-45 degree.Down coal gas go into cyclone dust collector,the temperature become 450-550 degree,after through indirect air cooler, the temperature become 35-45 degree. Then the up coal gas together with down coal gas go into the electric light oil tarps for further tar and dust reomved.The clean and cold coal gas are send to destination by pressure machine
Working principle of coal gasifier:
The coal granularity in 20-80mm is the ideal fuel. The small granules are in the stove, increasing the stove’s intensity of gasification, quickening reaction speed, improving the gasification efficiency of coal, to reach a state of complete gasification, make coal gas continuously and stably
Application of coal gasifier:
It is widely used in coal-fired, fuel boilers, kiln, metallurgy, chemical industry, aluminum, refractory materials, glass products and other products which need heat source equipment.
It is very ideal for the usage of boiler reconstruction.
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
