Brief introduction of oil press machine
1)Oil press machine is widely used to process peanut, rice bran, soybean, rapeseed, cottonseed, sesame, sunflower, palm kernel, copra, grainy oil plant seeds as well as corn germ, etc. into high quality edible oil. Equipped with automatic temperature-controlling and oil filtering device, automatic screw oil press is more effeient and labor-saving.
2)Our 6YLseries oil press machine has multiple functions, including to screw oil press ,electrical element for heating chamber,vacuum filter for clearing oil .Before pressing some parts of the press such as the press chamber, press screw and press ring will be pre-heated. During pressing, the press can flite the oil in due time. Only one machine the user could get the better edible oil.
Feature of oil press machine
1. It can save labour and save cost : only 1 or 2people can finish the production.
2. Widely used to press various kinds of oil materials, like soybean, sunflower seeds,peanut, sesame,rapeseeds, flax seed, camellia, cotton seed, cashew, hemp seed, linseeds, coconut,and all the oil content crops.
3. Different oil materials have different oil yielding.
4. Small-land using: only 10-20square maters can meet the need of production.
5. The oil left in cake is less than 6% . And cake thickness can be adjusted once the machine stop running.
