Brief introduction of oil press machine
Plant oils and animal fats are triglycerides, containing glycerine. The biodiesel process turns the oils and fats into esters, separating out the glycerine. The glycerine sinks to the bottom and the biodiesel floats on top and can be syphoned off.The process is cal led transest erification, which substitutes alcohol for the glycerine in a chemical reaction, using lye as a catalyst.Only give the small scale family biodiesel producing mill.
How to operate:
1.Ready the oil seeds and check the machine o assure its fuctions well.
2.Adjusting the oil expeller machine,such as electricity,handle flexibility,heating(accordingly)
3.Open the oil expeller,seeds put into the feeder.
4.Seeds pushed into the squeezing bolt,start oil pressing.
5.Crude oil out of Squeezing row,flow into the oil plate.
6.Then oil flow into vaccum filter,beging filteration
7.After filteration,pure oil out of the bottom pipe.

1.Saving labor: it can save 60% labor for equal output and 40% labor cost per day for one
or two people are able to make production.
2.Widely-used: it can be used to completely press more than 20 kinds of oil crops, such as peanuts, sesame, vegetable seeds, soybean, oil sunflower and flax by third levels for one time.
3.Pure oil quality: the vacuum oil filtering is used to remove residue so as to ensure the pure oil quality and meet the standard of health quarantine .
4.Small land-using: an area of 10-20 m2 workshop can meet the need of production.
5 Using vacuum filter, it is able to simply filter the crude oil after pressing
6. It is able to save labour, about 60% . One or two person is for per machine
