The organic fertilizer granulator machine is widely used in animal feeding, brew, sugaring, papermaking, medicine, tobacco and other industry granulation process
all the organism can be produced into organic fertilizer or bio fertilizer:
like animal waste, waste of animal bone, animal blood, animal manure and even its hair;
like agricultural straws, dregs of beans, flour meal, and wood leaves and so on;
like humic acid, chiese clay, lignite, bentonite and so on;
Main component of the organic fertalizer making machine
1). Disc Mixers or automatic feeding system

3). Disc Granulator(new type organic fertilizer granulator)

Main process
1. First, use the crushing machine to crush the material into small pieces .
2. Second, use the mixing machine to mix the material together on average .
3. Third, the disc granulator or the drum granulator can make the material into granules .
4. Fifth, then the irregular granules will be screened through the screening machine.
5. Sixth, the drying and cooling machine will dry the and cool the granules. And then be packaged in bags.
