Structure and working principle
The machine is made up of motor(diesel engine), gear box, main shaft, coupling, die, roller, feed hopper, knife and discharge hopper etc.
Small flat die pellet mill is based on mechanical circular motion. Diesel engine and motor drive the shaft, and transmission gear speed to the spindle and Templates, then Template rub dynamic pressure rotary. Materials squeeze out from die hole under the pressure of pressured roller, cut off by the knife and fall from the outlet.

1. Raw material: Straw, Sawdust, rice husk, seed shell, palm fiber, corn straw, alfalfa, and other biomass waste materials all kinds of poultry feed,Aquatic feed,Organic compounds,Straw
2.Crushing the raw material into size no bigger than 5mm.
3.Moisture : <18%
4.Pellet diameter: 2-12mm one machine can produce different diameter of pellet by changing the molds.
