III.Structure principle
This valve is the forerunner type which constitutes by the vice-valve and the main valve two major assemblies two times operates the valve the solenoid valve. Is depends on the vice-valve to open shuts controls the main valve the make-and-break.According to power failure when locates the switch condition difference, may divide into often shuts the solenoid valve and often operates the solenoid valve. Often shuts the solenoid valve, in power failure Chang Weishi, the vice-valve port seal, the main valve assumes the abruption, when the electrical signal enters the pilot valve coil, moves the ferrite core to attract the electromagnetism action of force opens the vice-valve port, main valve valve cup internal pressure rapid vanishing, the medium pressure holds the main valve cup, opens the host valve port, the actuating medium then may circulate.
But works as when electrical signal vanishing, depends on the main valve spring, the valve cup dead weight and the medium pressure causes under the valve lever to move, seals up the valve port strictly, the valve assumes the off-position. Often operates the solenoid valve, in power failure Chang Weishi, by the spring function, the vice-valve port opens, main valve circulation. When the electrical signal enters the vice-valve coil, moves the ferrite core to attract the electromagnetism function, vice-valve port seal, actuating medium after balance also admission valve cup in, when the pressure tends to the balance, depends on the main valve spring, the valve cup dead weight and the medium pressure causes under the valve cup to move, seals the host valve port strictly, the valve assumes the off-position. When main valve power failure, the electromagnetic force vanishes, the vice-valve opens, main valve cup internal pressure rapid vanishing, the medium pressure holds the main valve valve cup, opens the host valve port, the medium circulation, the valve assumes the opening condition.
