The Kingpin is a main part that bears force in semi-trailer.The function is linking semi-trailer and main vehicle by Kingpin seat,then the vehicle run by the draft vehicle.
How to choose Kingpin
You should consider two aspects when choose,(1)draft force(F).(2)Skid plate thickness.The Kingpin intensity value must be more than count draft value.According to your setting plate thickness and then confirm the skid plate thickness according to plate thickness.

2″Kingpin 50.8≥49mm 3.5″Kingpin 88.9≥86mm
73≥71mm 114≥112mm
After fray value less than the value,you should exchange kingpin in time.
