Fast Hydration Guar Gum Powder Details:
Manohar International offers a wide range of guar gum powder for well drilling industries. Fast Hydration Guar Gum Powder is also known as quick hydration guar gum powder, rapid hydration guar gum powder, fast hydrating guar gum powder and it is also known as diesel slurry guar gum.
Fast Hydration Guar Gum Powder it is used in Oil & Gas well drilling and other well drilling industries.
Fast Hydration Guar Gum Powder is a white to yellowish white powder. It is nearly odorless. Dissolved in hot or cold water guar gum forms a paste of high viscosity. Guar's viscosity is a function of temperature, time and concentration.
Fann Viscosity for oil drilling used:
- Viscosity at 2% KCL Solution, with 0.48% Solution of Guar Gum Powder at FANN 35SA Viscometer on 300 RPM at 25 C
- (stirring at 1500 RPM for two & half minutes in warring blender)
- Minimum 28 Cps in 3 Minutes to 41 Cps in 3 Minutes
- Minimum 36 Cps in 60 Minutes to 50 Cps in 60 Minutes
