Product Description
Tamarind Gums & Derivatives :
- Tamarind Gum & Derivativesare derived from tamarind kernel seeds grown on tamarind tree which is indigenous crop to south india.
- The Tamarind fruits are in the form of large pods, 10 to 15 cm long, which contains 55% pulp, 33.9% seed and 11.1% shell and fiber.
- Tamarind seeds are derived from tamarind fruits which are about 1.6 cm in length and 0.7 Cm thick.Our organization has an expertise for manufacture of tamarind gum and its derivative for more than a decade now.
