BF60 thermal mass flowmeters use the thermo -diffusion principle; the thermodiffusion technology is one reliable high technology under the severe condition.
BF60 thermal mass flowmeters is a direct mass flow meter which measures gas, it does not need to make the temperature , pressure compensation, it is a direct and simple and convenience mass flow meter. It satisfies the requests of the gas flow amount monitor, the flow measurement and the self-verifying of instrument.
Technical parameters
1. Our thermal mass flowmeters are applicable for the mass flow measurement of almost all kinds of gas, and there is no need for temperature or pressure compensation.
2. Accuracy: ±1.0% special standardization±0.5%
3. Repeatability: ±0.2%
4. Response time: 1 S
5. Wide measuring range ratio: 120:1 (1000:1 is also available); heavy caliber, low flow rate, loss of pressure can be negligible.
6. We use high stability platinum RTD sensor, it eliminated zero flutter and guaranteed longtime stability.
7. The sensor’s material quality: stainless steel (special material quality, according to customer)
8. BF60 thermal mass flow meters also fit for the mass flow measurement of small flow of gas in large caliber pipes. Minimum measurable flow rate can be as low as zero. Besides, resolution ratio is 0.001m/s.
9. There are no movable components. Hence, vibration effect is seldom felt.
