Steel rubber composite pipe
Steel and UHMWPE rubber composite pipe is a kind of mixed pipe, using steel or hard material as the outside pipe framework, and rubber as the liner. Steel is hard, and rubber is wear-resisting, anticorrosion and temperature-resisting, so, this steel and rubber composite pipe combines the advantages of steel and rubber. The physical and chemical performances of rubber reduce the effect of transferred media on outside structure, such as shock and corrosion. Therefore, the pipeline obtains the performance of high strength, high wear-resistance, high anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance, prolongs the lifetime of pipeline and thus reduces cost.
