Dropper Identifying Equipment
Upon effect of centrifugal force ,the recoganition tunnel can recognize inline droppers automatically.Cooperated by compressed air ,the droppers can be driven into the tunnel with correct direction .The device is equipped with photoelectrical switches ,tunnel, PLC control.
Forming Machine
A servo motor is used to drive a belt which can bring the droppers in a tunnel into an accurate place for adherence.
The drip irrigation tape is made of precise recipe of material, processed by use of delicated screw and barrel of Jinhairuo brand,hard tooth face reducer of Jiangwei brand ,and technique of forming head from Italy ,which enjoy stable extrusion capability, uiform plasticization and credible quality.Through accurate vacuum and water level control, tape is thermally formed with droppers sticking accurately on its wall, It is cooled by water circulation ,consuming less water with less operating cost ,It has also special device for anti-rotation of pipe.
Traction Punching Device
With different speed control to the double draggers,the hole punching has become very stable .Equipped with an optoelectronic switch imported for detection signal together with mechanical adjustment,the accuracy of hole punching can be ensured.
