Lusta LED Strip Light is designed and produced to generate a flexible and linear lighting quality to the desired application. It is in safety DC12V / DC24V voltage with low power consumption but high lumen output. Different IP ratings for domestic or outdoor applications.
Traditional LED Strip Lights have the LED's facing and shining straight 'up' from the circuit board. With our Side Emitting LED Flexible Strip Lights, the LED shines parallel with the circuit board, allowing you to outline edges or spaces where a normal LED Strip would be unable to reach. The LED strip has a 3M self-adhesive backing so is easily applied to most smooth surfaces by simply removing the backing paper.
Our Side Emitting LED Flexible Strip Lights are ideal for situations where the surface mounted upward emitting led strip light can't be used. Such as Shelf Lighting, Sign Lighting, Back Lighting, Contour Lighting, Cupboard and Cabinet Lighting, Door Frames, Edge Lighting for Steps, etc. Another popular use for this product is in or around a car headlight, making it standout!

Q: What are the payment methods does Lusta LED accept at present?
You can pay by T/T in advance, Paypal and Western Union. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. If there is a problem taking payment for all or part of your order we may contact you by email or by phone.
Q: What is the lead time after placing the order?
Usually, lead time for common orders is 5-7 working days while 10-12 working days for large amounts of goods. However, it would depend on our production line schedule and the complication of the items.
Q: What is the delivery and shipping?
Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order. Usually, we send the shipments in EXW term. However, the terms of FOB is acceptable which depends on the preference of clients. We use Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx), Air Transportation and Sea Transportation to deliver our goods. Customers can choose alternative delivery methods.
Q: What is the replacement policy / guarantee?
We have a minimum 2 year replacement warranty for all products. For the majority of our LEDs the warranty is 3 years.
If you have a fault within the warranty period, please return the faulty item to us including a copy of your order/receipt/commercial invoice or at the least quoting your name and order number and we will send a replacement free of charge to you. In this case you have to pay to send the faulty item to us; we pay our postage costs to send the replacement. A more easier way is that you can provide evidence to show the faulty item, such as a series of photos with our item number, unabridged video clip, etc.
